Zirconia ceramic blade at ~70 HRC — harder than any steel blade here, no metallic taste, rust-free. Adjusts 1–3.5 mm in 0.5 mm increments. Narrowest range in this comparison. Blade chips on seeds and hard-skin squash. Weakest cut guard (4 short prongs). Best for cucumber, radish, and zucchini in the 1–3 mm range.
