Convertible car seat with 9-position recline for easy installation in vehicles with steep seat angles. Zip-off machine-washable cover removes in 30 seconds.
ABest for Tight Cars
The NextFit Zip's 9-position recline system makes it unusually easy to get the correct rear-facing angle in vehicles with limited recline space โ a common problem in small sedans and crossovers with steep rear seat angles. The zip-off cover removes in about 30 seconds and is machine washable, which puts it ahead of most competitors on cleaning. The main knock against it at this price point is the manual harness rethread when adjusting height.
Pros
- 9-position recline solves angle problems in most vehicle types
- Zip-off machine-washable cover removes in 30 seconds
- Compact footprint fits in tighter rear seats than most competitors
Cons
- Harness requires manual rethreading when adjusting height
- Zip cover can be frustrating to reinstall correctly after washing
