Link AKC is a full smart collar with LED light, temperature monitoring, and training features alongside GPS tracking. The LED is genuinely useful for nighttime walks and visibility in low light. Temperature alerts notify you if the dog gets too hot or cold (useful for cars). GPS accuracy is competitive. At $99 and $9/month, it sits in the mid-range. The app is one of the more polished in this category. For dog owners who want one collar that does multiple things, Link AKC covers more ground than pure GPS trackers.
Pros
- Built-in LED light for nighttime visibility
- Temperature alerts for heat/cold safety
- Full smart collar โ not just a tracking clip
Cons
