Samsung PRO Endurance

The dash-cam and security-camera pick — built for continuous loop recording, rated by Samsung for up to 70,080 hours of Full HD recording (128GB) with a 5-year limited warranty, and resistant to water, temperature, magnets, X-rays, and drops. Its write speed (up to 40 MB/s) is far below the general-purpose cards, so it's not for action cams or phone apps, but for 24/7 recording it's the one to buy.

The Samsung PRO Endurance is built for devices that record non-stop — dash cams, security and doorbell cameras, and body cams — where constant overwriting wears out ordinary cards. Samsung rates the 128GB card for up to 70,080 hours of Full HD recording (at 26 Mbps) with a 5-year limited warranty, and tests it against water, extreme temperatures (−25°C to 85°C operating), magnets, X-rays, drops, and wear-out. It reads at up to 100 MB/s and writes at up to 40 MB/s, which is plenty for loop recording but slow for action cams, drones, or app storage. For a 24/7 camera, it's the card to choose.
