The budget champion — dependable programmable dry-food scheduling, portion control, a voice-record call-to-dinner message, and mains-plus-battery power at a low price. No app polish, camera, or premium anti-jam engineering, but reliable timed feeding for a single pet.
The WOPET Automatic Feeder is the budget champion — a dependable basic automatic feeder at a low price for someone who wants scheduled dry-food feeding without smart-home features or a big outlay. It offers programmable meal scheduling, portion control, a voice-recording feature so you can record a call-to-dinner message that plays at meal times, and mains-plus-battery power so an outage doesn't skip a meal. It lacks the app polish, camera, and premium anti-jam engineering of the pricier options, and its auger-style mechanism warrants matching your kibble size carefully, but for reliable timed feeding at an accessible price — ideal for a single pet and an owner who just wants meals dispensed on schedule — it does the core job well.
Pros
- Reliable scheduled feeding at a low price
- Portion control and voice-record message
- Mains plus battery backup
- Simple and effective for a single pet
Cons
- No app or camera; basic features
- Match kibble size to avoid auger jams
