Per two chews they provide 700mg glucosamine, 500mg OptiMSM and 270mg chondroitin, so a larger dog needs several chews a day to reach the label amount. OptiMSM is a branded, purity-tested MSM. The soft chew is easier to give than a tablet, but as with every glucosamine product here, the evidence for benefit in dogs is weak.
