REI Co-op Passage 2 Tent

Best value backpacking tent — DAC aluminum poles, polyester rain fly, single 8.5 sq ft vestibule, 3 lbs 14 oz packed. Covers 2-5 night 3-season trips without price-premium features. Weakness: single vestibule; fly doesn't extend as low as MSR in heavy rain; not lightweight for serious backpackers.
