Philips Pasta Maker 7000 Automatic

Automatic extruder — add flour and liquid, press start, fresh pasta in 15 minutes. No technique required. Makes tubular and shaped pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, penne, lasagna) that rollers cannot. Rougher extruded texture holds sauce better than smooth roller pasta. Weakness: cleanup intensive (disassemble within 30 min); louder than manual rollers.
