14-inch round cast iron pizza pan, 6.5 lb (2.95 kg), pre-seasoned, oven-safe to 500°F (260°C), induction compatible. Higher thermal mass than thin cordierite stones; ridge pattern on the cooking surface promotes air circulation. Weakness: cast iron heats more slowly than steel and less evenly than stone across the full surface; requires same care as cast iron skillet.
