Iwachu Iron Skillet 26cm

Traditional Morioka nambu ironware since 1902, thinner casting (~3mm) at ~1.4 kg for 26cm, finer surface texture than Lodge from first use, documented iron supplementation benefit. Weakness: 2-3x the price of Lodge L8SK3 for similar function; same rust-prevention care as raw cast iron.
