Anker's U.S. store lists the Laptop Charger Pro (model A120F) at $59.99. It is a wall charger with one USB-C port and up to 100W of output, plus a small display that shows real-time power, temperature and charging progress.
The main selling point is battery care. Once connected, the charger recognizes the laptop model and offers two modes: Auto Mode for fast charging and Care Mode, which applies a laptop-specific charging curve. Anker says this gives up to 40% longer battery lifespan, a figure based on its own bare-cell lab testing that it notes may vary significantly with device configuration and usage.
With the free Anker Charging Manager app installed on the laptop, the charge limit on a MacBook can be set between 80% and 100%; once the limit is reached, battery bypass powers the MacBook directly. The app also handles over-the-air updates and custom wallpapers for the display. Anker says it recognizes MacBook Pro, MacBook Air (M2 to M5), MacBook Neo, iPhone 15 to 17 series and iPad models, and, with the app, select Windows laptops including ThinkPad X1 and Dell XPS. Recognition of the iPhone 18 series is due in November via an OTA update.
Anker gives 0 to 50% in 30 minutes on a 14-inch MacBook Pro (M5, 2025) and sustained 100W output at 25°C, both from internal testing. In Care Mode it says the laptop's battery temperature stays up to 5°C lower and the charger surface up to 10°C lower than with the original 96W charger. Output steps are 15W at 5V, 27W at 9V, 45W at 15V and 100W at 20V.
The charger measures 62 × 34 × 55 mm and weighs 193 g, which Anker puts at 38% smaller and 33% lighter than its original 96W charger. Anker's page does not give an on-sale date; it shows the charger in stock at the time of checking.
