Naturepedic, an Ohio-based organic mattress and bedding brand, announced the EOS Quadlux on November 4, 2026. It is the newest model in the company's EOS line of customizable mattresses and the first with an all-latex build: four layers of certified organic latex replace the coils used in other designs.
Each of the four latex layers is split down the middle and zipped into its own organic cotton encasement. The top two layers can be chosen from Plush, Medium, Cushion-Firm, Firm or Extra Firm on each side of the bed, while the bottom two come firm by default to provide base support. Layers on one or both sides can later be rearranged or replaced rather than buying a new mattress.
Like the EOS Classic, it has a quilted organic cotton and wool top and a brass-zippered cover, and at 13 inches it stands an inch taller. Naturepedic says perforated latex improves airflow and that latex limits motion transfer between partners. The mattress contains no flame retardants, fiberglass, polyurethane foam, glues or adhesives, and carries GOTS, GOLS, EWG Verified, MADE SAFE, GREENGUARD Gold and UL Formaldehyde Free certifications. It ships roll-packed in recyclable kraft paper for at-home assembly.
The EOS Quadlux ranges from $3,599 to $7,099 and is available direct-to-consumer, in more than 20 Naturepedic flagship stores and through more than 150 retailers nationwide. Prices for individual sizes were not listed in the announcement.
