TickTalk 6 kids' smartwatch launches at $169.99 with a 1.6-inch AMOLED display and eSIM

TickTalk announced the TickTalk 6 on Oct. 8, 2026, as the company marks its 10th year. It is a connected smartwatch for children ages 3 to 12, positioned as a first device that keeps kids reachable without a smartphone. The company says it has no games, social media or open internet access.

Communication features include voice calling, FaceTalk video calling, Group Chat, Real SMS for standard text messaging with approved contacts, and TickTalkie, a walkie-talkie mode over LTE or Wi-Fi. Safety features include real-time location tracking, History Route, AI SmartPin location learning, SOS emergency calling and 911 emergency support.

Parents manage the watch from the redesigned TickTalk App: approved contacts, blocking unknown callers, School Mode and Focus settings, reminders, wireless plans and audio preferences. TickTalk Radio, built with Feed.fm, offers music curated by age, and parents can preview stations, control access and set listening limits.

The hardware is slimmer and lighter than before, according to TickTalk, with a 1.6-inch AMOLED display, SignalBooster 2.0 antenna technology, IP68 water resistance and up to 135 hours of standby time. It supports eSIM activation through TickTalk Wireless, optional travel coverage across 160+ countries and regions, and free T-Cloud backup. The stretch-fit washable band comes in Pacific Teal, Sunshine Yellow, Coral Pink and Black Sand.

The TickTalk 6 costs $169.99. TickTalk says it is in stock at myticktalk.com and Walmart, is now rolling out on Amazon, and is coming soon to Best Buy. The announcement does not list wireless plan prices.
