The Nathan TrailMix 7L is $74.99 with a 2 L bladder, the CamelBak Dart is $81.90 with a 1.5 L reservoir, the Osprey Duro LT is $109.98 with two 500 mL flasks and the Salomon Advance Skin 12 is $165.00 at 12 liters.

All specs, weights and capacities are the sellers' claims as written in the listings, not something we verified. Prices change often, so check the store.

Capacity and what is in the box
Capacity varies a lot. The Salomon Advance Skin 12 is listed at 12 liters and the Nathan TrailMix at 7 liters, while the SWIFTVEST, CamelBak and Osprey listings stress pockets and a light build rather than a liter figure.
What comes with the vest differs too. The SWIFTVEST has one 500 ml soft flask, Osprey and Salomon include two 500 ml flasks, Nathan and CamelBak include a 2 L bladder and a 1.5 L reservoir, and the bottles for Nathan's front pockets are not included.
Flasks or a bladder
Soft flasks sit on the chest and refill quickly, while a bladder with a drinking tube carries more water on the back. The Nathan and CamelBak listings include a bladder; the Osprey, Salomon and SWIFTVEST listings include flasks.
The Salomon also has a compartment for a 2 L reservoir that is sold separately, so it can go either way.
Fit, weight and extras
Weights in the listings: Nathan 7 oz without the bladder, Osprey 159 g in medium without flasks, Salomon 247 g empty. A snug fit matters more than a few grams, and the Nathan listing says sizing runs slightly small.
Extras vary. The SWIFTVEST lists a waterproof phone pocket and reflective detailing, Salomon lists trekking pole loops and a whistle, and CamelBak lists an optional pole attachment.
