Best Gaming Desk 2026: 5 Desks from Arozzi to Secretlab
WriterPickly Editorial
Updated 2026-10-05
A gaming desk is a desk with enough depth for a large monitor, enough width for a keyboard and wide mouse sweeps, and somewhere to hide the cables. Lights and carbon-fiber texture are optional. Size and stability are not.
Quick answer
The Arozzi Arena Large at $249.99 is the gaming desk to buy for most setups: a 63 x 32.3-inch top covered edge to edge by a washable mouse pad, with three cable cut-outs and a mesh basket underneath. Eureka Ergonomic's 60 x 27-inch Full-Surface Mousepad desk at $249 is the narrower alternative with a stated 250-pound capacity. Eureka's 61 x 25-inch Z-leg desk at $269 suits small rooms, its GTG-L60 at $549 is the L-shaped pick for multiple monitors, and the Secretlab MAGNUS Evo is the sit-to-stand option.
We did not run our own testing on these desks. Judging wobble and build quality means assembling each desk and loading it, and we have not done that. What we did instead: took desktop dimensions, surface material, weight capacity, cable management and height range from each manufacturer's product page, checked prices on the makers' own US stores on October 4, 2026, and read owner reviews in volume. We kept only specific complaints that repeat, such as wobble at the front edge, misaligned bolt holes and surfaces that chip.
🏆 Best overall: The Arena Large has a 63 x 32.3-inch top, the deepest here, covered entirely by a washable microfiber mouse pad. Arozzi lists three cable management cut-outs and a mesh basket underneath.

The Z-leg desk measures 61 x 25 inches and costs $269. Eureka lists Z-shaped legs with four leveling feet and RGB lighting that changes at the push of a button. Twenty-five inches of depth fits against a wall in a bedroom. That depth is tight for a large monitor on its own stand, so plan on a monitor arm or a screen of 27 inches or less.

- ✓25-inch depth fits small rooms
- ✓Four leveling feet
- ✓Button-controlled RGB
Cons
- ✗Shallow for large monitors

Secretlab MAGNUS Evo Sit-to-Stand Desk
Product details →Size first: width and, above all, depth
Depth is the measurement most buyers get wrong. A 27-inch monitor should sit about an arm's length away. Add a keyboard and wrist space in front and you need 27 inches or more of depth. A 25-inch-deep desk works with a monitor arm or a smaller screen, and feels tight with a large one on its stand.
Width decides how many screens fit. One monitor and a tower sit comfortably on 55 to 63 inches. Two or three monitors, or a sim-racing rig beside the desk, call for an L shape or more.
The table shows each maker's figures and the price on its own US store on October 4, 2026.
| Desk | Top size | Surface | Price seen |
|---|---|---|---|
| Arozzi Arena Large | 63 x 32.3 in | Full mouse pad | $249.99 |
| Eureka Full-Surface Mousepad | 60 x 27 in | Full mouse pad | $249 |
| Eureka Z-Shaped Legs | 61 x 25 in | Hard top, RGB | $269 |
| Eureka GTG-L60 | 60 x 40 in, L-shaped | Tempered glass, RGB | $549 |
| Secretlab MAGNUS Evo | Not stated here | Laminate, metal rear edge | Not confirmed |
Secretlab's store showed no price to us for the MAGNUS Evo, and its summary gives a height range instead of a top size, so the table leaves both blank.
Surface, stability and cables
A full-surface mouse pad gives the mouse the whole desk and softens the edge under your wrists. It collects crumbs and stains more easily than a hard top. Arozzi's pad is machine-washable and replaceable, with a spare listed at $89.99.
Tempered glass looks clean and wipes down easily. Optical mice often track poorly on bare glass, so plan on a mouse pad. Glass also shows fingerprints.
Stability comes from the frame and the feet, not the top. Leveling feet matter on uneven floors. Eureka lists four leveling feet on its Z-leg desk and a reinforced carbon steel frame with a capacity of up to 250 pounds on its mouse pad desk.
For cables, look for cut-outs or grommets at the back and a tray or basket under the top. A power strip in the tray means only one cable runs to the wall.
Sitting, standing and L shapes
A fixed-height desk is cheaper and more rigid for its price. A sit-to-stand desk lets you change position during long sessions. Secretlab lists the MAGNUS Evo as adjusting from 720mm to 1,170mm, about 28.3 to 46 inches, with three programmable height presets and a power supply built into the column.
An L-shaped desk puts a second surface at your side for a second monitor, a laptop or a wheel. Measure the corner carefully. Eureka's GTG-L60 has a reversible frame, so the short side can go on the left or the right.
Check desk height against your chair. Most fixed desks are about 29 to 30 inches tall, which is high for shorter people. A footrest or an adjustable desk solves that.
How these picks were chosen
We chose desks sold through their makers' own US stores with published dimensions, covering a full mouse pad top, a compact desk, an L shape and a standing desk. Three come from Eureka Ergonomic because its range covers three different shapes. General office desks and bare standing-desk frames are not covered.
